Does anyone know what this switch is?

Microswitch - basically rubberdome

This switch is in one of HP's keyboards. Is Microswitch a brand?
Does this feel good? Or just a rubber dome feeling?

Rubber dome felling. Yes Microswitch used be a company in Illinois. But from the picture you posted, there's a rubber-dome underneath it over a standard membrane sensing. A keyboard like this should be bought only for the looks and assuming of-course the price is cheap.
