Bought it with a reasonable price five days ago and received the package today. It's a Japanese ibm model m variant with short spacebar. Uncleaned and some keys stuck like shit, but I think still worth sharing some photos here.
the front has dust but still acceptable, will be fine after clean.
front side has rotation componet? I have no idea what's this used for, any idea?
scratches on the back, could see 5576-C01 model no here.
Cord cut off, its using ps2 protocol originally iirc, so easy to remap the layout after making a new wire.
Thanks for comments.

I spent half an hour to clean the cases and know how fragile they are, must be very careful to do the job. Now put them outside for dyring...

It allows you to stand the keyboard upright:front side has rotation componet? I have no idea what's this used for, any idea?
Why would you want to do that? The explanation I've seen is that desk space in Japan is at a premium, and that doing this allows you to push your keyboard out of the way and use your desk for something else. I cannot verify for certain that is the intended purpose though.

I don't have these any longer, but used it like this, and as I remember it, it was pretty stable:
