Best bluetooth adapter?

Hello,
I just stumbled upon this thread about the snappily-named Handheld Scientific Bluetooth Adapter BT-500:

I was just about to order one, since the idea of commuting on the train with humungous ancient mechanical keyboards connected via bluetooth to my phone appeals to me, when I thought it would be prudent to check if anyone has a better recommendation than this. Are there any similar alternatives on the market? Has anyone here used one of these long term, and with what success?
