I was rewatching some old Tim & Eric videos and funny enough, someone id'd an old HP computer where the keyboard had this weird scrollwheel or (joke name) 'tulley toggle' in their skit for the Cinco Midi Organizer

HP, back when they were a technology company, often did keyboard R&D as part of new products. Sometimes the results were good; sometimes not so much.
