They'd make for a nice Poker refurb, methinks.

Yes, but expect to pay an unreasonable premium.

Those are basically the same 25€ keys, yet imsto charges $120 USD shipped for those.

92€... no, just no. i'd really like to know how much of this premium is actually justified by production costs and low demand.

Not to mention the oversized, italicised fonts too... Not much love for that :(

I don't like the italicised fonts either, otherwise they are OK.
Just don't put isopropyl alcohol on them and you'll be fine.

He probably meant the discoloration of the white legends.

By the way I don't like the italicised fonts either.

I always thought isopropyl was milder than acetone and hence better for cleaning keycaps without attacking the plastic. Using it all the time to clean ABS caps, but does it react differently with PBT?

Sorry I should have actually pointed out in that post that I was only talking about Filco keycaps.
Filco use some weird 'UV coating' to give their keycaps their smooth texture. It's this coating that reacts very badly with isopropyl alcohol and the reaction causes the keycaps to turn a splotchy grey. I ruined an entire set of keycaps on my Filco because of it :D

I believe Ripster makes mention of it on the geekhack 'All About Keys' wiki somewhere but finding info on that wiki is like drawing blood from a stone sometimes.

You don't get to be Number One by making your Wiki easy to understand.

Y'know, WIKI's a great thing, unless it's full of hidden malware/trojans.

I saw that in the 7bit Group Key Buy wiki.

Boy that thing is hard to understand.

Just be happy you do not need to send PMs to his perl bot to read the wiki

Wonder if they'll be selling those with universal spacebars for Filco/Poker/Leopolds etc.?
Also, any source on those thickness measures?

RiGS

The OEM series is only 0.8mm.
