Fentek provides clear and colored keycaps from Model M you can't get from Unicomp.

I'd like to buy some clears, but at 17,50$ for ten keys, I find them quite pricey. They said they will apply volume discount for a large order though.
PER UNIT PRICE:
10 @ 1.75$
100 @ 1.60$
250 @ 1.45$
500 @ 1.30$
750 @ 1.15$
1000 @ 0.99$
Is anyone else interested?

I might be interested in colored ones as well. They only sell 1 unit Keys? Does anyone know how the texture of the keycap feels like? And what shipping to Germany would be?

Texture is the same as normal keycaps.

That's what I think as well. Starting prices are much higher than Unicomp's, and I hoped the price drop would be more consistent. Anyway I believe we can save some money with shipping. I have a keyboard that's gonna be shipped to me from the US, so I could have some keycaps shipped in the same package, and then do Euro redistribution. Of course this won't work with a giant amount of keycaps, but I don't see a towering interest anyway.cactux wrote:There is not a big price difference. IMHO such prices are not very atractive for a GB

The keycaps are from Unicomp, when they still had those colors. So naturally Fentek will always be more expensive, they need to earn a living.

For future reference, if anyone wants Model M clears, clickykeyboards sell them too. They are a bit cheaper than fentek's and they include stems.
