The 1397000 was only produced in the newer style of terminal case.
@7bit - I'll have to think about it.

You are very close. Once again, its between the ols Model F-style case and the Model M style case with the blue label.
hint: I has got the modern Model M style case and is a Model M.
Don't think!daedalus wrote:The 1397000 was only produced in the newer style of terminal case.

Well actually I'm not much of a 122 key collector. I'm fine with the, uhm, half dozen I already have.

The amazing thing is that exactly the same key is missing on that as on webwit's. Maybe these keyboards came all without the B.Ascaii wrote:aw shit, ive been to busy with uni to follow the auctions i was watching...that should have been mine...congratz7bit wrote:...

The ebay picture is all wrong. That's not the B. And the rest of that row to the right is wrong.

BTW: I've looked at your website and did not find it:
Before you open all your boxes and serach for all 122 key keyboards you have:
It is the same as the blue label one, except it has got a gray one and is from around 1992.

I'm not a big fan of the blue logo, but this keyboard is an exception, because the blue of the logo is repeated on the led labels and on the key caps and it looks quite nice.

Nice, a few questions7bit wrote:I'm able to get some IBM 122 key Emulator keyboards which are working with PCs (PS/2).
Can these literally be plugged directly in the PS/2 work and they'll work as is or does it require some kind of converter? I'm not talking about the special keys maybe not registering, but about the regular keys: say a Model M on PS/2 works flawlessly, can I just plug that and expect it to work as my M?
Is this buckling spring over membrane?
15 EUR / bolt mod seems cheap seen the time needed to do a bolt mod. Is this somehow easier to do on these terminal boards than on regular model Ms?Bolt modding with changing keys (like ANSI Enter etc.):
15 EUR / keyboard (without keys)
I do have a 1397xxx but didn't try it yet. I bought it used for the keycaps
