The keyboard is in good condition and would simply need a little TLC to be back to its old glory. The board uses PS/2 and I have in the past been perfectly able to connect it to my computer with no problems, though the "specialty" switches probably need some sort of third-party software to function properly.
Regardless, it's an interesting board that uses Siemens-switches, if I recall correctly, and the keycaps are the easily recognisable type that was later seen in cheapo-boards from Siemens themselves after they bought Tandberg (I could be butchering the history here, FYI).
