I finally managed to get my hands on a TX-1800 case. I had a Leeku 1800 wich I was saving for almost a year and a Nixdorf keyboard, so here are 2 teasers:
And this is the way my desk looked in the past 4 days:
Also, I knew I was going to use this small vice to cut and bend stab wires sometime. It saved me from a lot of headaches with that wire:

Ha! I see you have an Antex soldering iron too, those are great for the price, I was able to solder even SMD without any issues.
Now waiting to see the complete board

yes, WOB and OG Dolch mods.DanielT wrote: ↑It looks damn fine !!! The caps are a combo of WoB with Dolch Mods ? It looks really good
I would have used full WOB, but I do not have the 6 keycaps that work on the 1800 profile (that is why you see the 1u FN instead of 0):
R1 - Del, End, PgDn
R2 - numpad Minus (-)
R3 - 1u 1800 numpad Plus (+)
R4 - 1u 1800 numpad 0
I need to find these keycaps
BTW, in the end I used clip-on stabilizers instead of screw ones. I had an old cherry 1000 around that had these clip on stabs made out of a softer plastic than the Nixdorf ones, which made them quieter actually. Also, I avoided the headaches of screws shorting out pads )
Thank you!seebart wrote: ↑Very nice work derzemel!
No, original Nixie springs. I like them more than lighter springs and heavier springs are too heavy. Anyway, the plate supports switch-top removal, so I can change them anytime I want.ramnes wrote: ↑Nice! Did you change the springs?

I have to look in my bags with keycaps, I recall I have some WoB 1800 stuff, and considering the fact that I use only 60% you can have them Just have to dig in the box, I have to do some cleaning anyway
