New to the keebs world, may i know if that such thing exist?
Saw Matt30 dev/tty keyset, wondering if there's any other choices beside that and SA that is for MX stem.

If you mean tall spherical keycaps, there is SA, MT3, and Devlin K series. There are no others that I am aware of.
