I picked up this old XT Keyboard with MX blacks, and a super heavy case, I really like this board and I’m trying to get it to work but it doesn’t want to play. Anyone able to help me out?

Both the Clock and Data lines should have 4.7K pull-up resistors to +5V.
Which firmware?
If you're using TMK, by default Pin "2"=PD1=Clock, and Pin "3"=PD0=Data unless you modify tmk_keyboard/converter/xt_usb/config.h (but I see no reason to).
You have connected pins "3" and "4" in the first image and just 3 in the second.
