So we where clearing out our old offsite workshop in work and someone found this old Dictionary of Information Technology and they gave it to me being IT and all, one page ( a double page spread) caught my eye!

I wonder what switch that is? And also someone like maltron!

It's a stylised buckling spring. And when you press it, the interpreted ASCII code is immediately dispatched to the printer!

I like the Dvorak evangelism. Saw that coming the moment they pulled out the old "Qwerty is slow and stinky and stupid just like you!" story of its origin. Free the people! Down with Qwerty. Liberate the masses with Ghajhl hwoi aghlp smbroinlapfpg,,,

Someone likes Maltron but got the caption wrong? Isn't that the right half?

@Chzel: you're right, a half-Maltron with the "gap" on the right is meant to be used with the right hand. It must have been exotic even back then.
