how do we vote possibly dozens of images? I don't think the polling system is good enough if we get like 50 images.

This sounds like a fantastic idea.
I would be up for more DT merch , i love my anniversary mug.
How about a huge desk pad , something like this.
Let me know if i can help out with this or the DTA.

If we did an award like that it would basically go to cindy every year so there really isn't a point

Six months to go still, but Redmaus is indeed quite a strong candidate.Raumfahrer wrote: ↑12 Jun 2019, 03:17Redmaus, yours would be under the category- best Treasure Hunt

In all seriousness, something to encourage selling/buying here would be great IMO. I don't know the right vehicle to accomplish that but I think it'd be nice. A lot of cool stuff that people sell (myself included) gets instead posted to reddit/ebay/gh/etc. because they have more active marketplaces.

It is a struggle to sell here sometimes. I notice when I sell on reddit everything goes a lot faster. I'm probably not gonna make a reddit post for a few more days, because I like to give the DT folk first grabssnacksthecat wrote: ↑12 Jun 2019, 03:56In all seriousness, something to encourage selling/buying here would be great IMO. I don't like ebay because I have no clue who its going to so I sell on forums even if I lose some of the profit.
I'd love to work with Cindy more now that I'm older and a bit more experienced. Its really hard to get into erecycling centers when you have no rep
Thats a category I'd dominate. Not fair to everyone elseRaumfahrer wrote: ↑12 Jun 2019, 03:17Redmaus, yours would be under the category- best Treasure Hunt

all my time is now dedicated to spam containment and software update. I'm more than happy to support and help with other activities but I can't do everything.
I'm currently evaluating switching to a new forum engine that hopefully helps with the spam thing but it would be bloodbath anyway.
Regarding the marketplace it has never been our forte, now even less so.

Do you need volunteers that will do spam-related-only admin duties?
