That looks like a 180 degree plug and a loose 240 degree socket. What are you showing us?

The 3rd photo shows an adapter that makes the keyboard connect a normal AT keyboard port.
I live in Turkey. I have no idea about the model number though, all I know is that this is a cool keyboard, I have two of them, will barter one for socket4, finding retro hardware here is not so easy.
