If you don't mind the size, the F122 is very close to modern keyboard layouts. The alpha area is pretty much winkeyless ISO and can be converted to ANSI without much pain.

For what it's worth, my 62 key is easily my favourite Model F of all. It's almost as ideal as an HHKB in layout. And weighs 3 kilos!
That's a solid metal case, epic for feel and sound, not so great for lap typing!
