Is there a recommended method for quieting a noisy Costar stabilizer? The stabilizer for the Backspace key on my Filco makes more noise than the other stabilizers; I can wiggle the key and feel it is just generally looser than the others. Ideas?

For all my boards using Costar style stabs I put a bit of silicon grease on the part of the white inserts in the cap that the wire goes through and at the points the wire connects to the black clip on the plate which seems to work pretty well in keeping them quiet and smooth. You only need a tiny amount though, too much and you can end up gumming up the stab and making it feel like shite. I usually dip a plastic stick (like the end of a cable tie) in the tube and use that to apply the grease on the contact points.
Not sure there's much you can do about the looseness though...it's not something I've ever noticed.
