Where and how can I get a custom plate for a keyboard?

http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/# ... 09c3153d9e

I tried using builder.swillkb.com to make the design.
How much different is the price of the switch types?
Is it possible I can get the switch for the spacebar in the center instead of offcentered?

Edit: Also, how much does it usually cost?

it depends a lot on where you're located, how many you want and the material.
this place partnered with swill:

different switch types are usually around the same price. there are lots of stores that sell switches and also 7bit here:

you can do anything you want if you have cad skills - the plate maker gives you a dxf file that you can drop into any cad software and modify before you send it to a cutter. do be aware that the spacebar cutouts are in a specific place for a good reason; if you move the switch to a non-standard location, you probably won't be able to find a spacebar that works.
then again, if you are designing a board around a nonstandard spacebar that you already have, you will need to modify it.
