May be someone can help me. I'm really interested on creating my very personal keyboard but not today.
To start slowly here is my first project. I'm a gamer and i'm playing a game called Asseto Corsa with a Logitech G27
wheel. I have a Speedlink Dark Tornado Joystick that i would like to convert to handbrake. Asseto Corsa enable keyboard
''spacebar'' key to activate handbrake. I've already tried to use joy to key to emulate ''spacebar'' key when the stick is pulled
back, the problem is that the game seems to be confused by the dual input g27+joystick and doesn't work properly.
The idea that came to my mind is to modify the Joystick's core driver to deliver keyboard input especialy the spacebar button.
Do you have any advice ? I've never done this before but i would like to try. I just need the Joystick to deliver ''spacebar'' equivalent signal or output when the stick is pulled back. Once done the joystick will be compatible to many racing games.
The best scenario would be the fact that the computer will detect the Joystick as keyboard ( with only few keys

Please if you have an idea give it step by step as it's my first ride.
The driver installer is in the attachment
Sorry for my bad english
Thanks
