Keycaps for the Datalux Spacesaver (MEI switches)

I just picked up a Datalux Space Saver keyboard for cheap only to realize that the keycap size is different on this keyboard to standard. I found that they keycaps horizontal pitch is the standard 0.75 inch but the vertical pitch is only 0.625 inch. Does anyone know if its possible to get keycaps made in this size at all?
