Hi,
would like to know if there are any Cherry original keyboards that don't use Cherry MX switches, but instead regular membrane or rubber dome. Thanks in advance. :)

Yes. Both vintage and new.
There are several series of rubber dome+membrane keyboards that use the regular numbering scheme:
wiki/Cherry_article_numbers#Series

The G81 series' Cherry MY switches use coiled spring for main return, but also a leaf spring with a kink that compresses a membrane. Most of the keycaps are the same as the G80 series (Cherry MX). Doubleshot keycaps are the same as for MX, except for 1.25u modifiers with offset stem. New thin PBT keycaps have different stabilisers also.

The Cherry G83 series has keycaps that look the same as G80 (Cherry MX) keycaps, and from the same materials but they are not compatible with Cherry MX switches.
