Funkentstort? Was that a German 80's Funk band?

Definitely ALPS. The switch even says ALPS (not Alps btw like the wiki here says).

Despite it being ALPS there is a possibility it is Simplified ALPS. That happened in the later years as production moved to Fuhua.

It looks like a Focus but be aware the Calculator often does not work. Kind of a weird concept in 2012 to use a calculator, I use my ALPSulator when I am feeling vintage.

Congrats!

If this would apear here in Europe, I'd buy it immediately. But shipping for yet another keyboard was too expensive, otherwise I would have taken it for myself.

It is the best ALPS board ever (in terms of size and number of switches).

I was really intersted in it because I have recently have had an intrest in ALPS. I like that it has a bigass return and that they shortened the shift instead of the backspace to make room for the |\ key. I'm really looking forward to recieving it in the post.

Sorry, it's that damn EU Electronica shit....NSFW for clothed nipple twisting which MUST be a German thing....
Spoiler:
Looking forward to the pics! You can try cleaning the LCD connectors with a bit of contact cleaner to see if you can revive the Calculator. Otherwise a Capacitor replacement might do the trick.

Will post picks after a good cleaning, the sell page said parts of the calculator screen work, so there is a possibility to revive it.

I really do have a fetish for battlestations. What can I say!

I am happy with the trade as well. I used white clicky ALPS for years before switching to a model M roughly 6 months ago. It is nice to have what I consider the mack daddy of ALPS boards. The FK-5000 aint got nothing on me!

I'll do a review on it soon enough, before I go out of town this week.

So are you gonna pick up where tipo33 stopped? "Will post pics after a good cleaning, the sell page said parts of the calculator screen work, so there is a possibility to revive it." :D
