Hi,
I just ordered some keycaps from an ebay auction that were advertised as being KBC brand, white pbt engraved. I own a Leopold tenkeyless and was planning on putting them on, however they were not packaged properly and a few arrived scratched and cracked. Also, the spacebar is warped.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if these are really KBC brand keycaps as the quality seems questionable. Also, they did not arrive in the box as pictured in the auction but were packaged loose in a zip lock bag in a soft mailer envelope. I'm surprised more weren't broken.
Also, the engraving on the shift key (the up arrow) is only an outline and is not fully recessed as pictured in the auction.
So am I being too picky or should I reject these? And if I return them, does anyone know a good source for white pbt engraved keycaps?

Thanks!
Bill

The image is misrepresentative of the item you receive (different engraving, no box) and the packaging was insufficient. I'd be contacting the seller with those complaints if I were you. If they don't help you out in some way that satisfies you (eg. partial refund, etc), start a dispute procedure via eBay so that you can get your money back via them.
