Hm, I missed Chimborazo posting that. Thanks for the heads up!

I've had a few of these. Generally I think they feel not too nice. Even on NIB sample, I thought they were rather mushy feeling. On used sample they are truly bad when the foam has become compressed and degraded. The ones with doubleshots the keycaps were pretty nice. Profile is nearly identical to Signature Plastic DCS but about twice as thick.
The best BTC keyboards are those that came right after foam and foil as far as I can tell. They are rubber domes but have each key as individual with a (I think) type of carbon contact on a real PCB not membrane with same type MX keycap compatible sliders as foam and foils. Or in otherwords they are made just like the foam and foil in every regard but switch to dome instead. Those are quite similar feeling to topre, more so than any other rubberdomes I have tried anyway.

Thanks for the info! What i've got has no doubleshot keycaps and indeed doesn't feel nice to type. The keys are also quite yellowed, so i don't know if i can recondition them. Perhaps i could put the springs to some use.

(thread necromancer at work)

A question (i don't have a topre board) - how far are these from being a topre-to-cherry-mx keycaps adapter solution?
