Das Keyboard Professional vs Model S

Hi. I live in the UK and new Das Keyboards are pretty expensive here relative to the states. However, I managed to get a Das Keyboard Professional (non Model S) second hand for ~£80 (a new keyboard would cost me ~£120). Is this a good price for such and old keyboard, and is there much to be gained by getting the Model S version? I know it gained media keys and N key rollover. Are those the only things I'm missing out on? Is the Model S worth paying £40 more for? Thanks.
