The Tulip 9151B is a slider on rubber dome over membrane keyboard from Tulip Computers. It has Double-shot molding keycaps with Alps compatible switch mounts but the stabilizer mechanism is non-standard and part of some of the keycaps. The rubber dome mat and the membrane is sandwiched between a plastic top with cylinders that holds the sliders and a metal back plate. The layers are screwed together and put in the case with the PCB.
