I was really surprised by how smooth RAFI RS 76 C is, especially because the mechanical counterpart RS 76M is rather scratchy, even in NOS condition.

These don't use a normal conductive matrix, but instead hall effect sensors, which need to be powered and have 2 output pins. Appears to have a membrane, so I guess it's 4th generation leaf spring. Should be possible to get working on USB if you trace the matrix and create a replacement controller (using a teensy and QMK firmware for example), this pretty much applies to any keyboard with conductive matrices.
