Re: New Beamspring Converters on Ebay

Mine drops all the time when I hit my stride and the solenoid is on. So much so that I generally leave the solenoid off. I'm not a particularly fast typist, but common 3-4 key patterns frequently exceed the threshold on or of the later keypresses.

-356 Mini V2 (Red needed, with 7u bottom row)
356mini v2 in wkl was never produced, only v1
I think it may be the other way around? I've heard the V2 had a Tsangan layout, but not the V1.

By this point, hopefully you’re feeling cautiously optimistic, but you’re probably looking for the catch. How does Massdrop as a business benefit from buying GH if we’re not changing anything to monetize the site? Having a place for people to dive deeper into Mechanical Keyboards helps Massdrop cre...

It remains a mystery to my why this whole deal was rushed so hard. The only benefactor of rushing such a deal can be the buyer and i don't even see a potential fiscal explanation for a rush. Q2 has already ended, the month is just beginning so this couldn't have been a "gotta seal this deal in the ...

More people in the raffle = less people who actually want to use or keep the keyboards will win. Perhaps you should offer discounts based on number of years registered, or weighted entries by number of vintage boards not-flipped-for-profit ;) In all seriousness, do you really think pricing it highe...

There's a presumption by some that all M's will sooner or later require a bolt mod. I'm not experienced enough with them to say whether that's true or not, but that's why it's a desirable thing to have.

In the current market, $600 seems to be fair for a 5251, but it's hard to say if prices will come down a bit, they basically skyrocketed a few months ago.

Looking back, I sold one for $200 in late 2016, as a point of reference, but that was indeed a little while ago.

Looks like it came out great! Did you touch up the paint on the case around the keycaps? I'm confused -- the last picture of the top case it looks like the paint is solid around the main opening, but in the first picture it's flaked off around the edges.

Beamer switches activate when the flyplate is close to the PCB, right? Perhaos that column of switches is either sitting too low in the plate or the PCB is raised there in some way? Aside from some short on the PCB, I suppose.
