actually she is also a sponsor, so I don't know if she should be here. but this year is the wild edition, so I guess it's okay. Oh yeah we‘re really bending the rules here. Back in the good old days, such good deeds would not go unpunished. This non-anal version of the DTA this year are really the ...

MX Clears causing stress marks - on what caps? GMK is well known for using MX clears in their industrial boards and this would mean the OG Skidata caps should have a few cases of stress marks. None of my five sets show any sign. MX Clears causing stress marks on ePBT, SP, MaxKeys or other third part...

Have a decently near NIB 1986 Model-M and there are NO broken rivets on the back plate, have opened and inspected it personally. Just the fact that you have to mention this makes a point. It's like when talking about Alps and mentioning how clean and smooth they are. Both are keyboards/switches tha...

I wasn't even talking about stuff like personal preference and subjective key feeling and stuff What IBM has technically done to the brilliant Model F design in their reckless exercise in cost saving is just offensive. No matter what switch you personally prefer, the Model M was a nasty, thick spit ...

Here's my input: I don't care what you think about Model M's. I mean, you're just some person off in, what, Denmark? Looking down your nose at one of the most significant contributions to keyboard history? I'm sure that many keyboard innovations have emerged from Denmark, but for some reason I'm ha...

yeah, hail Zealios and hail BOX switches hm ? you're the first one to shit on the latter so I'm not sure if that last sentence was ironic or not :? Maybe they are, too, switches to look at then ... Intriguing. Are the housings one of the things cherry got so wrong until recently? I don’t have a reliable source of vintage housings, so my inner Everything Can Go Wrong and Will Go Wrong alarm is sounding. Naw I was just fed up with "vintage" housings occasionally giving me chatter issues. So I g...

We need a video with a comparision of old and new linear switches, black, red, custom weight, stickered, lubed, stock, vintage, nixie, stock, retooled, etc pp :( I don't think it's possible to bring across the subtle differences between all these switches. You can focus on one of the characteristic...

... No comparison to Cherry switches, though, you can get those at around 0.50-0.60€ per piece here in Germany. You've been missing some developments lately. The most popular Cherry switches currently, retooled MX Blacks, are commonly available on Arrow.com for (currently) 0.31€* and even cheaper i...

Okay so I _think_ the QFR and Rapid-i mark a big change in design. While the QFR was Costar stabs, the Rapid-i has Cherry style stabs. Norbauer cases are Rapid-i and Novatouch compatible as well as Masterkey (better double check that) but not QFR compatible. So I assume CM moved to a new case design...
