There's no information about this switch.
I think the feel of it definitely linear.

It looks like the flat top black version of the Oak full travel membrane switch.

The top looks like Oak FTM switches ("Full Travel Membrane") in the variation with with black octagonal tops, but the bottoms are different than in pictures linked.
