KBC Poker - ESC Lock Tilde, Any solution?

I was wondering if there was any information on using the tilde/backtick key on a KBC Poker while the ESC lock is on?

In 'Sixty's review', he states:

Example with “ESC lock” on:
Tilde key = ESC, FN+Tilde key = Tilde

But then after there was some discussion about how this doesn't work, but there was a solution already with no further information. Does anyone know how to make the tilde work without having to leave ESC lock mode, hit a tilde, then enter the mode again?

It's not possible to use ~` with Esc lock engaged as the firmware makes it always Esc which I guess they felt was the point of lock there.

That's what pushed me over the edge to build my own Gh60, actually.

By the way, does anyone know whether this was changed for the Poker2?
