So, whilst wandering around at work i saw a NTC keyboard thrown away. it had clicky white alps, and strangest of all a Norwegian layout. It's FCC ID was: FM44Hkb621(can't make out if the last letter is 1 or I)

The FCC ID is going to start with FMA, which is Nan Tan/Clevo's grantee code. It sounds like the KB-6251 series:

I just realised that "No layout" means "Norwegian layout" — I couldn't fathom how a Norwegian keyboard could lack any layout at all :-)

Weird that a recycling centre wouldn't sell stuff.. The one that is local to me does save and sell off working equipment. They even have a shelf of vintage computing equipment that they consider too valuable to trash or sell.
