Hey guys. In my travels I have come across a rather unusual switch. Do any of you guys know what kind it is?
It seems to have the Cherry MX mount. Otherwise, I'm stumped.
Thanks

We use to call it Mitsumi Mechanical switch, even though Mitsumi made a few different types of switches that are mechanical.
Be very careful with this switch type, as it is quite fragile. Switches have been known to break, permanently, just from pulling keycaps off them.
This switch is most well known for having been in a variation of the keyboard for the Amiga 1000.

Oh thanks! I'll go out and buy the board then. Maybe once I have it I can take some more pictures that can be posted on the page of the switch so other people will be able to identify it.

Always nice to have a good excuse to add another interesting board to the collection! But it is a pretty nice excuse. Good on you, Tagkaman.
