Are any of you lot so obsessed with mechanical keyboards to have found a solution to typing on the move or at least where you'd normally use a laptop in the house (in front of the tv etc.)?
Or is it me that idly just contemplates possibilities?
Cheers, Mark.

Bluetooth is the key to keyboards on the go, or on the couch at least. This homemade 60% of mine is currently up and running in USB, but the plan is to add Bluetooth and a battery in the lower deck beneath the back:

I use my Apple Bluetooth keyboard on sofas, armchairs, and occasionally while travelling too. The custom above is significantly heavier, and nicer to type on. But size wise they're suprisigingly close. Well, besides the z axis. Tall spherical caps double the height!
A whole other approach is a one-handed keyboard. PJE has a great little 20% project, and one of his spare PCBs is on its way to me. I imagine a future bluetooth equipped palm sized MX keyboard like this could be immensely useful on the move, and pocketable too.
