Hey guys,
I just received a brand new Type-S and, although I do like the silenced switches overall, a number of the keys on this keyboard make this "whistle" or "whooshing" sound when they are depressed. I took the keycap off and it seems to be coming from the stem itself. The louder ones also have more resistance and feel quite mushy. Because the rest of the switch action is so silent, that noise is actually really noticeable and quite bothersome. Is this normal for a Type-S? I haven't heard any mention of it anywhere and don't hear it in other people's videos. Seems odd, given that the whole point of it is to be quieter! I made a short video demonstrating what I'm talking about.
Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLu5Tb_XpSQ
Thanks for your help, guys!
