Need help to find the proper mechanical keyboard !

Hi! sorry for my bad english.

So here the thing, I have 2 keyboard, a logitech k200, and a caorsair k90 with red switches. Sadly I can't use my corsair because it hurt me. I think I have some problem with my hand. it hurt me because the k90 is to "tall", I'm not sure how to say that. there is a picture to show the difference between the 2 keyboards. I really like the feel of the cherry red switches but I can't use them on this keyboard. I'm looking for a "short" mechanical keyboard. But there is an other problem with this, I checked the dimension of my keyboard on the internet to see for what I should be looking for, but the k200 is 0.8 inch on the internet and the k90 is 0.9 inch. I think they don't calculate the keys in that. If you know a "short" I would like to know it ! If you din't get a shit about what I just write, ask questions I'll try to make it better

Perhaps you need a little help with your form? Conventional wisdom states that your wrists should not contact the desk; then, it is just a matter of adjusting your chair height so that your wrists are in the proper position. Keyboard height relative to the desk should not make a difference, unless of course your mouse and monitor then become too low.

Edit to add: I see now that the K90 has a built-in wrist rest. The same principle applies, really. Don't feel the need to rest your wrist on the wrist rest.

Here too. I type standing up a lot of the time, with my keyboard right on the edge of my tall desk. Saves a lot of trouble I was having with shoulder pain while hunched up like a ball before!
