Hello! I have been lurking deskthority for some time and found some good information on how to get an IBM model m 122 to work on a modern system, however I have noticed that now that it is working, it has a slightly higher resistance than my model m 101, and I'd like to know if there is a way to fix this small issue, is it a lubricant issue?

How old is it? The actuation force required by the Model M varied over the years, some would say that they got lighter over the years.

20 FEB 1989, so the two keyboards are the same age roughly, although the 122 is american, although I doubt that changes anything. This keyboard is definitely well used, the front is worn almost smooth o:
