It does obviously have the same layout and connector as a DEC LK201 terminal keyboard with German layout ... but other than that, I can not tell.
The label on the back has "GREMANY" and what looks like a product number and a serial number.

Ok i contacted seller and he said he's currently at work so no serial for me atm and i also asked him to remove keycap when he gets back he said doesn't want to but anyway ill get it it's 1 euro so i got nothing to lose.

DEC terminal clone, SP DCS doubleshots so probably has MX blacks in it. I've seen these several times with various or none branding.

Got the board today and guess what
i'ts green complicated alps, ill get some pick tomorow if i can, caps are pad printed pbt pcb was made 9/12/1988 by microterm, so there you got i got greens for 2 euros
