I [ab]use my desk which I had for over 10 years now. It is full of scratches, holes, dents and burn marks anyway.
Oh, yes, I know it looks dangerous to solder so close to the HHKB. You are right. But I just can't help it.

Thanks for posting, I find it really interesting to see how other storages look. I had the idea to build a keyboard storage/display out of wood and makrolon plates, maybe when I have more freetime .
