Yes. It's a Cherry G80-1000HAF. MX black with French doubleshot keycap.

Yes, I would say that $10 is absolutely worth it, even if it's in bad condition.

I presume you know that it's not a G81 from experience? (Granted G81 would be unlikely coming from Zenith, but not impossible.)

Certainly worth it for just the keycaps even in the unlikely case it happens to be G81 and not G80.
