Wowzers.

To be fair, it is still around half the price of a Realforce keyboard.

With a little Tenso (and the right number on the thingamaijg) you could probably get it home for something like 100 Euros. Better deal if you buy a keyboard at the same time, shipping wise. But I just did mine!

I am glad I picked mine up when I did -- I got it for $99 AUD (66 EUR) back when PC Case Gear where the Aus stockists :)
Could have probably sold it for more than double that after Topre announced that they had discontinued the thing.

Discontinued? Did they change their mind? The Amazon ones are sold by Amazon Japan itself. Unlike them to house old stock.

Yep they changed their mind. I updated the wiki just today actually to reflect it.
Between ~Jan and Sep of 2014, they were not available anywhere, and people were paying a lot of money for them. I think the highest I saw was something stupid like $350-400 for one of the black ones (they disappeared first).

Interestingly enough, Topre said the same thing about their coloured keycap sets, but they are once again available from various resellers.
