A quick search tells me that this is a Copam K-450 and it probably uses some kind of switch with a cross mount similar to Cherrys, I don't know if they are compatible.

This is clearly different keycaps than the one in that flickr link (check the step on the enter key). Looks the same as the type in the other link, but it’s hard to make out the switch from that low-res picture. Both types might be the same switches.
