Am wondering what I will need to make something like that work with a standard windows OS and USB.
Anyone know about this Tipro board?

As CeeSA said, you first have to find out (ask the seller) whether it's PS/2 or USB.
If it is USB, you will be able to program it on 64-bit Windows using Tipro's ChangeMe software,
which is freely available from Tipro themselves: http://www.tipro.net/ecatalogue/free-software-drivers/
If it is PS/2, programming will be possible only on a 32-bit system.
Once programmed, Tipro keyboards can be used with any OS without needing a driver or software, as they store their configuration internally and are recognised as standard keyboards.

GENUINE TIPRO KMX064A POS KEYBOARD PN#34614 I just bought 2 of these from this seller he has 2 left... I couldn't help myself it's a tipro, even if it never gets plugged in. Their a thing of beauty. I may build a pedestal and a glass container .. I love these keyboards.. am I allowed to marry a keyboard?

I pilfered the USB controller from 2 128 that I joined a so I will try making a split keyboard just have to extend that little red plug thingamabob ... that sure is a lovely keyboard 150 bucks at not too shabby
