Is there any cheap place for Germans? Otherwise its around 20€ shipping, for ~3€ parts..

You can find some parts there too

Trying ebay and set it on worldwide will give you all the china stuff as well, maybe you are lucky. The shipping will take a few weeks though, don't know how urgent it is.
