I wanted to start a quick thread to gather your opinions of the 3 switches listed above.
I have tried both cherry and outemu and found that I somewhat preferred the outemu!
What do you guys think is the best and why?
Gateron Brown vs Cherry MX Brown vs Outemu Brown.

When it comes to Gateron and Cherry MX, I personally like the feel and tactility of Gateron brown more than Cherry. My set of Gateron brown switches felt and performed exceptionally well and identical to Cherry. The bump was so soft to the touch and silent feedback. I've read that Gateron's actuation force is higher than Cherry's but my opinion is they performed nearly the same. That being said, i have no experience with Outemo.

Please research the Greetech brown switch. It's possibly my faourite of the bunch. Cherry MX brown is solid, but not very tactile, and not very smooth. Gateron is very smooth indeed, with slightly bigger bump, but feels kinda more wobbly than the genuine Cherry. Greetech is nearly as solid as Cherry, with sharper bump, a bit like Cherry MX blue, but it's also very smooth. Doesn't feel as oily as Gateron, but I think it's not a bad thing.
Still please note that I'm not a big fan of Brown flavour of MX-like switches. I prefer soft, smooth, solid linears (lubed vintage MX black with lighter springs), I also like MX Blues sometimes. My daily driver is mostly weigthed and factory silenced Topre though.
