Last time I was out shopping for keycaps, Signature Plastics expressly refused producing SA profile caps in PBT (they were ABS only), and the PBT DSA keycaps I got from them for my Infinity 60% were, well, less than perfect.
It seemed that Signature Plastics didn't really have the tooling to do PBT properly, and the only reason they offered it in the first place was all the mechanical keyboard geeks practically begging them to just take our money - so they took a deep breath, said "well a little warping never hurt nobody", and just rode the hype and started producing warped, markedly unprofessional PBT caps. (I think I remember reading something where they were apologizing for the warped PBT caps saying just this, claiming their tooling was never really meant for PBT.)
Now I've been out browsing, and saw that a lot of their overstock SA keycaps are in PBT colors... The way I recall, they even claimed PBT SA to be impossible due to the size and thickness of the keys, and excessive warping on their really 'non-PBT-ready' tooling... So, I have a question to people who have dealt with SP recently - did they improve their PBT process, or is it just that so many people were begging them for PBT SA keycaps that they decided to swallow their professional pride, and put something really low quality and warped out to con the 'plastic snobs' out of our money...

I think their PBT SA Ice Cap set was fairly well received, though it was explicitly stated as being a prototype run of 100 sets.
