That sure looks like an Unsaver. But, it also has a model number starting with 139, and says it is Model M. So my guess is that it is a Model M (membrane, small flippers) in an Unsaver shell made with Unsaver parts. I really don't think this is a rubber dome board, they look very different and use different leveling feet.

This board has a 1995 date code. That's very new for a capacitive Unsaver. My guess is that this board was manufactured as a replacement using existing spare parts and perhaps some custom work.

It's "out of stock" as is nearly everything on recycledgoods.com.

The feet and the cable make it debatable. My Unsaver is even newer, and it is totally a Model F in spite of the label. I wondered whether an older board was returned for repair or refurb, and they slapped a new label on it.
