It is similar to this one but he may be sold out of the "240 degree DIN" variant.

I think that I have a couple of female cable sockets that you can use with a Teensy (or a cheaper knock-off) to build your own. The same socket works for the straight threaded cable on the F-122 and the right-angle style on the M-122, and Soarer's firmware automatically identifies and operates with both.

You can also make an adapter from 240 degree to 180 degree variant. You just need to get the female 240 socket, male 180 socket, and connect them with some wires. You can find the pinouts at http://www.seasip.info/VintagePC/ibm_1390876.html (orientation of both is looking at the female socket from the front). I tested the same setup with orihalcon's cable, and it worked without any issues.

As for 3178, your best bet is the xwhatsit controller. There is also a less known converter option, which I don't think any of us here used, so not much is known. Check workshop-f7/ibm-3278-keyboard-to-ps-2-i ... 15191.html.

To add to alh's response, I thought 3178's required only the xwhatsit controller, but they also have a different pinout so they require an additional adapter board! Sounds like you can reroute the wires yourself to get it working; seems troublesome either way.

The 3178 requires an Xwhatsit, but also a small pin converter board as the 3178 has a slightly different pinout than a regular Model F. I can add these on to Xwhatsit orders for $5 more. Don't really have them listed anywhere else, so just PM me if interested. Same with Solenoid Drivers as the 3178 has a solenoid too if you want to make it a really unique model F. Those are $25 each.

Pics below of the correct orientation of the "3178 Adapter Board." It actually is mounted up-side-down compared to other Model F's so that the "Xwhatsit" logo is not visible from the top of the keyboard.
