I have old old style Apple IIe computer that I don't have disk drives for and does not load. I wanted to install a intel motherboard and connect it to the keyboard in the cabinet of the Apple IIe. Does anyone know if there's a way to connect the old keyboard to a modern PC?

You can use a teensy and flash the tmk firmware to it. You would need to find the mappings somewhere or find out for yourself what they are.
There's also a ready-made solution at http://retroconnector.com/products/appl ... r-apple-e/ , which uses teensy with its own code, which is open-source, so you could get all the parts yourself and flash that to the teensy.
