Help: Pro micro ATmega32U4 Leonardo?

Hi all,

So I was looking around ebay for a Pro Micro board and came across the following listing:

I wanted to know from you guys if this will work QMK or TMK?

It will probably work for TMK.
I have no experience regarding this seller, but afaik most pro micros are more or less equal. The only difference is the voltage and thus the mmu frequency, but since this is the 5V/16 MHZ version, there should be no problem.
