Fixing alps chattering

Hey folks, has anyone got any experience will fixing chattering on complicated alps? I assume I need to do something with the contact leaf? Thanks

Open the switch and blow lots of compressed air through tge switchplate. From all sides, making sure to dislodge anything trapped in there. Then test. If still not functional, replace.

Gave it a go this morning and looks like it's fixed (which is good because the rest of the switch looks pretty much pristine). On another note, do you happen to know how to fix a tactile alps switch that has become clicky on the upstroke? (i'm going to assume from use) I can't really see anything particularly wrong with the tactile leaf. I watched your click mod video for some clues, but the metal tabs on the side appear to be completely fine (to me anyway). Thanks!
